Gabriel leads VPL’s tax and structuring practice. He brings more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, attorney and notary public. His work includes Puerto Rico and U.S. federal tax compliance and planning, entity selection and business structuring for privately held businesses and their owners. His legal and notarial work also includes wills and trusts.

Alberto leads VPL’s outsourced accounting practice, working with clients on accounting oversight, financial reporting, back office support and recurring compliance within the scope of each engagement. He brings more than 10 years of experience in accounting.
Lillian manages audit and assurance engagements and provides consulting services. She oversees the planning, coordination and execution of audits, reviews and compilations. Her background includes more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, including professional experience at a Big Four accounting firm.
